Late March

Fragments without structure, moving through awareness and daily life.

1

Look at the child
look at myself

where am I not

2

People on the street
passing buildings
wind moving through

where is the boundary

3

For a moment
it feels like a vast “I”

everything included

4

Then another moment
even this “vastness” dissolves

no centre remains

5

Not becoming everything
not disappearing into nothing

just
no point that needs to be called “me”

6

A soft laugh

even this
belongs to no one

Before Healing|

Walked into healing,
and walked out again.

At some point,
it became clear—
nothing needed to be fixed in the story.

Just a tendency—
attention gathers,
and a story forms.

And then,
it is simply released.

3

No longer entering,
no longer adding memory to it.

No longer placing a self
as the one who needs healing.

4

Before the story,

there is only
movement in the body,
a simple need in the moment,

and energy
moving through roles.

5

Before pain,
there was no one wounded.

What is called healing,

is not becoming better,

but never having truly set up
a “self” that needed to be healed.

And yet, within the story |

healing has its place.

When one is still inside a story,

to be heard,
to be seen,
to be met—

something softens.

2

Not because the story is solved,

而是

but because

that experience
is no longer alone.

Emotion moves,
the body responds,

what was held
begins to move.

3

Some stories

were simply not fully lived.

When allowed,

they complete themselves.

And when not entered at all,

even the sense
that something needs completion

dissolves.

4

Sometimes healing happens in the story—
through being heard, allowed, and moved.

Sometimes,

even the story
is no longer needed.

This is not the end of healing,

nor a denial of its place.

Just a quiet glance—

before this story begins,

what is here.

No need to explain — things appear, and then they’re gone.
